Month Of May Means 31 Days Of Jazz In Atlanta

Atlanta Jazz Festival To Present Music In Parks, Museums, Clubs, Restaurants & MARTA Stations!
“We really have renamed the month of May 31 Days of Jazz,” states Camille Russell Love, Executive Director of the Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs. “People know they can hear fabulous jazz around Atlanta all month long in expected and unexpected places. From music in the MARTA stations, to concerts in neighborhood parks, and jazz in some of the hottest clubs, there is something going on every day. I want to encourage you to get out and explore!”

This year the Atlanta Jazz Festival has created a special PASSPORT PROGRAM. It is the festival’s way of rewarding people who support jazz in the city. After visiting 10 venues that are part 31 Days of Jazz, you will be entered in a drawing to win a two-night stay at the W Atlanta – Midtown during the Atlanta Jazz Festival over Memorial Day Weekend. All the details are under 31 Days of Jazz on the festival web site: http://atlantafestivals.com/events/31-days-of-jazz/.
