Sales (Specialization required: Sales and Marketing) Job Purpose: Sales role is responsible for business acquisition and growth for the relevant products through the assigned channel. It will also involve
liaising with Operations, Product Tower, Process
Excellence Group, Claims, Finance, Legal,
Business Intelligence, Marketing & Human Resource teams for the different processes.
Key Accountabilities: 1. Business Development and Retention:
Responsible for effective execution of strategy for new business development and retention of the existing business
Act as an organizational interface with the customers/clients/ brokers/banks/agents to ensure seamless business
Market / opportunity mapping and
gathering market intelligence
Handling the relevant channel in specified location with respect to different lines of business
Building and maintaining relationship with customers/clients/ brokers/ agents/banks.
Penetrating into the market by activating them
2. Customer
Service and Satisfaction
Regular interaction with customers/clients/ brokers/ agents/banks for understanding their expectations, market feedback and better servicing
Develop close understanding of the customer
needs and expectations
Liasioning with internal teams such as operations, claims & PCs for effective & timely resolution of customer grievances
Ensure effective
escalation management
Troubleshooting and managing issues / hurdles to ensure exemplary customer service
3. To maintain the Hygiene
Ensure
that documentation is on order; Understand documentation issues and quickly resolve them
Proper QC and issuance of premium collected
