Please do not name the account – Torpedoes Soccer Club. Example of account name – Torpedoes 2005-06 Girls or TSC 2003/04 Boys.
Once the authorized individual (team manager or treasurer) has been determined, you must contact me for a letter of consent at least three (3) days prior to opening the account. I, in turn will send the letter directly to ASB.
Torpedoes Soccer Club will not distribute the tax id number to any individual to open an account at any other bank other then ASB.
