Computer Game Development &Game Project Management
The aim of this industry led course is to build on existing abilities, and re-skill or re-train the long-term unemployed for a job in Computer Game Development or Game Project Management.
Game Development and Project Management are highly sought after skills required by the Game and Interactive Media industries. Fostering, up-skilling and retraining is the key to Irelands success in this growing sector.

This programme is aimed at professionals and graduates from other disciplines who wish to access new areas of employment. These include CAD designers, architects, creative art, graphic or print designers, technology, engineering, media, IT as well as those from computer science, business and management.

Emphasis is placed on cross-curricular activity between technology and art, and multidisciplinary, work-based, team working activities.
With collaboration with professionals from different disciplines and utilising industry standard software, learners create, co-ordinate, manage and deliver a fully completed, industry standard video game.
Students acquire an understanding of the entire game production process and its business perspective. As well as gaining technical skills, students will either lead, or form small development teams to produce a high-end media product.
Our highly skilled team is experienced in developing visualisation, creative thinking, digital modelling, games development, start-ups, mobile application technologies, project management, digital media and social networking platforms.
All are active industry experts (Batman/Lego Games/Intel/Vivendi Games) and have won several digital media and innovation awards.
