Abstract-Android has become the world’s most popular and fastest growing technology in mobile operating system. This phone offers the Google map application which provides search routes, map , models my location, location by adding features such as Google map, but they cannot make use of this map for target oriented purpose. The purpose, such as the need of a common man for health care services such as the details of the hospitals, pharmacies, blood bank, scan centers, doctors. For an instance, if an accident is witnessed, people often hesitate to call 108, even if they call it takes more time to get access to the nearest hospital. Or else suddenly if suddenly people find shortage of medicines, it is quite difficult to find the nearby pharmacy which has the required medicines. This study focuses on implementation to provide users with an existing Goggle map features and to provide the various details of the hospitals, pharmacies, doctors, blood banks, scan centres as well as the link f the URL, so that the user directly look into the website for doctors appointment. This makes the users to obtain the required health care details easily and quickly.

INTRODUCTION

The global information developed throughout the world have greatly exceeded the production of the handheld devices such as personal computers, mobile phones , smart phones etc. At present the smart phone market is divided into four kinds of operating system Symbian, Windows, iPhoneOS and Android.

The paper presents an application that provides the complete medical information to the users. This application provides routes to hospitals, pharmacy , ATM , Laboratories and blood bank. It enables the users to get medical information based upon their needs. Hospital feature enables user to search for the hospitals by area , specialist doctors in city. Pharmacy feature enables user to view all pharmacy details in case of emergency. Lab feature enables the user see nearby labs and other lab details. Blood bank feature in our apps enables the user to advertise when connected in a network.

Google has developed open source Android operating system for the mobile platform which is also used in netbooks.Android runs custom JVM on top of the linux kernel. It enalbles the developers to write java code with google developed java libraries. Android Software stacks runs on top of the linux kernel but isn’t linux. It doesn’t have native Windowing support, no glibc and it doesn’t include full set of standard linux utilities.

1.Android Application Development College Challenge

Since mobile devices have become more and more powerful and distributive, mobile computing has greatly changed our daily life. As one of the most popular mobile operating systems, Android provides the tools and API for Android developer to develop Android applications. The Android application development college challenge is a influential Android developer contest for college students in China. This contest has been held for two times since 2010. It encourages college students to design and implement their applications on the Android platform. In this way, it gives the students an opportunity to show their creativity and learn about the development of Android applications. The influence of the contest is keeping increasing, and students from more universities and regions take part in the contest. In this paper we introduce the organization of such a contest.

Nowadays, mobile devices are making a significant change in our life, and people increasingly rely on mobile computing. The mobile devices such as smart-phone, netbook and PAD are popular among people from children to adults. Smartphone’s are becoming pervasive, with more than 195 million sold worldwide in the first three quarters of 2010 alone . The mobile devices need mobile operating systems to run the applications. At present, there are already many mobile operating systems, but the most popular ones are Google’s Android, Microsoft’s Windows Mobile, Apple’s iOS . Android is an open and programmable software framework for software development for mobile devices, which is released by Google in November 2007. The Android platform is released under the Open Handset Alliance OHA. The OHA was established on 5 November 2007, led by Google with 34 members including mobile handset makers, application developers, some mobile

2.Android Application for Spiral Analysis in Parkinson’s Disease

The paper presents an application for spiral analysis in Parkinson’s Disease (PD). PD is one of the most common degenerative disorders of the central nervous system that affects elderly. Four cardinal symptoms of the disease are tremor, rigidity, slowness of movement, and postural instability. The current diagnosis is based on clinical observation which relies on skills and experiences of a trained specialist. Thus, an additional method is desirable to help in the diagnosis process and possibly improve the detection of early PD as well as the measurement of disease severity. Many studies have reported that the spiral analysis may be useful in the diagnosis of motor dysfunction in PD patient. We therefore implement a mobile, safe, easy to use, inexpensive, and online application for detection of movement disorders with a comprehensive test analysis according to the indices from Archimedean and octagon spirals tracing tasks. We introduce the octagon tracing task along with the conventional Archimedean spiral task because a shape tracing task with clear sequential components may increase a likelihood of detecting tremors and other cardinal features of PD. A widely used Android mobile operating system, the fastest markets share growth among smartphone platforms, is chosen as our development platform.

Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a common degenerative disorder of the central nervous system that affects elderly with most cases occurring after the age of 50. The disease is named after James Parkinson, who published the first detailed description of the disease in 1817. Four cardinal symptoms of PD are tremor, rigidity, slowness of movement, and postural instability . Tremor is defined as an involuntary, rhythmic, and oscillating movement of one or more body parts. Tremor associated with PD generally occurs when the muscles are relaxed and at rest.
3.Implementation of a Medical Information Service on Android Mobile Devices
The use of Google's Android SDK provides the necessary programs to develop their own, has become the goal of the program designers. However, this phone offers the Google Map application, use the function rather limited, only provides a search, routes, maps, models, my location, location by adding features such as Google, but they cannot make use of this map we get a target-oriented The purpose, such as the need has often surprising details of the hospital pharmacy. For example, witnessed the accident, often they will hesitate to call 119 or the 110, but if the phone can be timely access to the nearest hospital phone, you can remove it a worry. Or else, suddenly thought of a trip and a shortage of medicines, you can to the distance from the nearest pharmacy to add the current requirements. This study focuses on implementation: to provide users with a basic Google map features, and readily available around the show where the major general hospital and the Health Department approved pharmacy information and visible landmark, as well as the link URL, so that the user directly into the website to look for a doctor appointment time or peg. That are not good at using modern technology products elders were easier to use, more comfortable and quick to obtain the required information.
