HEARING EXAMINER'S RULING ON
MOTION TO COMPEL DATA RESPONSES
On July 19, 2002, the Mid-Atlantic Petroleum Distributors Association and the Mid-Atlantic Propane Gas Association ("the Associations") filed a Motion to Compel Discovery against Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative, Inc. and Choptank Electric Cooperative, Inc. ("the Cooperatives"). The Cooperatives objected to the discovery being sought based on a prior ruling by the Hearing Examiner to suspend the Procedural Schedule, dated February 12, 2002. Upon review of the written submission of the parties, it is determined that the Motion to Compel Data Responses is denied.
