  • Ensure AD Ports Permit along with Al Nasr internal permit and TBT available at site.

  • AD Ports Permit is valid within the specified work location only.

  • Equipment used should be zone 2/ intrinsically safe and continuous gas monitoring (As per area requirement).

  • All equipment’s should have valid third-party certificate.

  • All drivers must be holders of valid UAE driving license.




  • Certified First Aider shall be mobilized along with manpower

  • Emergency procedures to be

  • Stay away from line of fire

  • All vehicles and equipment’s should have inspection and approval from the clients (As per area requirement).

  • Equipment movement without certified banks man is strictly prohibited at site.

  • If found any species reports to concerned authorities.

  • Use only approved tracks/ route.

  • Vehicle to be parked in designed areas only

  • Wear PPEs (Cover all,

high visibly jacket, hard

  • Ensure that PTW, Approved MSRA available and TBT prior to start the activities

  • TBT and pre-lifting plan to be conducted before commencing the activity

  • Clear the lifting area of unauthorized workers.

  • Continuous monitoring of wind speed & stop lifting activity if wind speed exceeds 32KPH.

  • Follow approved drawing for installation.

  • Skilled and certified riggers shall be carried out slinging and lifting operations.

  • Closed supervision at all time.

  • Proper warning signs, traffic cones and barriers must be placed in the area of lifting.

  • Fall protection must be used while working at height above 1.8 meter.

  • Ensure full compliance of PPE.




  • Appointed Person and Lifting Supervisor shall supervise all Lifting Activities.

  • Daily inspection of equipment prior to start of work.

  • Approved Lifting plan

  • Warning signs at the existing track crossings.

  • Flagman shall be present at cross over.

  • Crane to be positioned on level & compacted ground.

  • All lifting gear shall be color coded and have valid certificate.

  • Use only certified riggers.

  • Use taglines to control the load swing.

  • Trained and competent instrument fitters shall carry out assembly, bolting during Erection

  • Equipment with diesel engine shall be fitted with Spark arrester and zone II as per the area requirement.
