Thursday, July 22
7:00 pm – 9:00 pm Registration at the Western Development Museum

2610 Lorne Avenue (refreshments available)



Friday, July 23
8:00-9:30 am Registration and Breakfast Buffet

Smiley’s Buffet & Catering, 702 Circle Drive East

Parking for tour participants behind Smiley’s Buffet.

9:30 am Leave for Don Pooles (100 km drive one way) to see restorable truck collection

Noon barbecue supplied at Dan Pooles
1:30 pm Drive to Marcelin to tour Marcelin Church, then continue on to Waldheim to view the car collection of Jack Harris
3:00 pm Return to Saskatoon
6:00-8:30 pm Barbecue Supper hosted by Draggin’s Car Club, 58th Street and Wells Avenue

(Drinks will be available for purchase.)



Saturday, July 24
8:00-9:00 am Breakfast Buffet at Smiley’s Buffet & Catering, 702 Circle Drive East

Parking for tour participants behind Smiley’s Buffet.


9:30 am Tour of the Canadian Light Source, 101 Perimeter Road, University of Sask.
The Canadian Light Source (CLS) is Canada’s national centre for synchrotron research. The CLS is a world-class, state-of-the-art facility that is advancing Canadian science, enhancing the competitiveness of Canadian industry and contributing to the quality of life of people around the world.
Launched in 1999 and officially opened in 2004, the synchrotron is one of the largest science projects in Canadian history and was the product of an unprecedented collaboration of federal, provincial and municipal governments

and agencies, universities from across the country and industry.

11:00 am After synchrotron tour depart Saskatoon for Osler to see Pete Thiessen’s car collection.

Lunch supplied in Osler.


1:30 pm Drive to Waldheim area to see the personal car collection of Sam Wendland

Return to Saskatoon after tours.


5:30-6:30 pm Cocktails and Banquet - Smiley’s Buffet and Restaurant

Reserved parking for tour participants behind Smiley’s Buffet.



Sunday, July 25
9:00-10:00 am Breakfast hosted by the SAACC.
