Your request has been considered under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. For ease of reference, I will address each of your questions in turn.

Please would you tell me how many complaints, if any, have been made to Trading Standards against Anglian Windows Ltd/Anglian Home Improvements Ltd ('Anglian'), since Jan 2010, including complaints referred by third party organisations.
14 complaints have been made to Croydon Trading Standards since 2010.

Has Anglian ever been prosecuted by Trading Standards?
Croydon Trading Standards have not prosecuted Anglian.

Is it correct that Trading Standards is presently preparing a dossier of complaints in relation to Anglian?

In the case of a consumer complaint of substandard work and misleading sales practices on the part of Anglian, what criteria must be satisfied before Trading Standards will carry out an investigation?
Each complaint will be assessed on its merits; criteria includes if a criminal offence has taken place, public interest, nature of offending, level of evidence, other complaints received, vulnerability of complainant and amount of loss.
