All materials and handouts for NCSHA's 2011 Housing Credit Conference should be shipped to arrive at least 2-3 days prior to the event to allow for necessary processing time, to the conference hotel and labeled as follows.
Please also include your return address on the shipping label.
Your packages will be held in the FedEx Office until pickup or delivery. Contact the FedEx Office to arrange the delivery of your materials. Pleae note the first price below is if you are picking up your package while the 2nd column is if you require delivery. The normal business hours of the FedEx Office are Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m & Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. For deliveries to guest rooms or meeting space, please allow 45 – 60 minute delivery time. You must be present to accept the delivery.

Due to the high volume of materials sent to the meeting, NCSHA is unable to handle boxes or their contents on site. Packages can be retrieved during normal business hours from the FedEx Office Business Center; to arrange for delivery please dial 6664 from a house phone and ask for the Receiving. Be sure to bring the appropriate tracking information with you in the event you are unable to locate your package. Most importantly, don’t forget to bring your handouts to the session at which you are speaking.
