Good Guys Rinnai Cooling – Gazebo Promotion

1. 
   The promoter of the offer is Rinnai Australia Pty Ltd, of 100 Atlantic Drive, Keysborough, VIC 3173 (“ABN 74 005 138 769”).

   By making a claim for a ‘Gazebo’ the claimant agrees with these terms and conditions.

   This offer is available to ‘ The Good Guys’ customers only
   

4. 
   The total value of the Gazebo promotion is $199.
   

5. 
   Customers are eligible for this promotion by purchasing a selected Rinnai G Series Split System Air Conditioner or Rinnai Portable Air Conditioner during the relevant promotional periods.
   
   
6. 
   The Rinnai Cooling Gazebo Promotion is available to Australian residents, who are not resellers of Rinnai’s products, or the employees and family members of such retailers or re-sellers of Rinnai’s products.
   

7. 
   Rinnai reserves the right to refuse any claim if the product is returned to the point of sale.
   

8. 
   Each claim can only be lodged by an individual consumer for a single participating product. Plumbers/builders and all Corporate entities are not eligible to make a Claim. The Claimant may submit up to three (3) Claims per installation address, per individual, provided that each Claim corresponds to a purchase of a Participating Product. Maximum of three (3) Claims per installation address.

   All claims must comply with the requirements of these terms and conditions and are subject to verification by Rinnai. Rinnai reserves the right to reject any Claim that does not comply with these terms and conditions. Illegible, incorrect, incomplete or indecipherable Claims will be deemed invalid.

    Promotion Period
    G Series Inverter Split Systems:
    This offer commences at 12:01am 16th October 2017 and ends at 5.30pm on the 15th of December 2017 (Promotion Period) or whilst stocks last. Claims must be submitted in accordance with clause 15 following the purchase of a participating product (as defined in clause 5). Claim must be received between the 16th of October 2017 and the 20th of December 2017 (Claim Period).

    G Series Inverter Split Systems:
    2.5kW Reverse Cycle Split System, 3.4kW Reverse Cycle Split System,
    5.1kW Reverse Cycle Split System, 7kW Reverse Cycle Split System.
    Portable Air Conditioners:
    3.5kW Portable Air Conditioner, 4.1 kW Portable Air Conditioner.

    The offer excludes any other product that was not specified in condition 4 above.

    Consumers are directed to http://www.rinnai.com.au/news-offers/ to access and complete their claim form.
    

14. 
    Valid consumers will be mailed their Gazebo 4 weeks after the end of the promotion. Rinnai are not accountable for undeliverable packages due to: incorrect postal addresses supplied by claimants.
    

15. 
    To be eligible to make a Claim, the Claimant must:
    

b. Provide the completed claim form and their proof of purchase on the redemption form

c. Claim must be received within the Claim Period.

16. Failure to provide a legible proof of purchase will result in an invalid entry and forfeiture of any right to the Offer. The receipt or tax invoice must clearly specify the Claimant’s name, product purchased, date of purchase, and the store at which the purchase was made during the Purchase Period.

17. This Offer is not available for any Participating Product sold in conjunction with any other offer by Rinnai including promotions, shop soiled, business associates or friends of staff purchases or factory seconds
