Record of Usage Required Under Terms of Licence 2012-13
The University is required to maintain a record of all broadcast programme recording undertaken by its staff where this falls under the provisions of the ERA licence. In actuality, this requirement will cover virtually all broadcast recording activity. The requirement covers recording on University premises and also where a member of staff makes a recording at home to use for educational purposes.
