Clerk-Treasurer: Robyn Cook Mr. Farley signed off on the Cancellation of Outstanding Warrants OLD BUSINESS Northern Hamilton County Trail. Peggy Jackson, CFO for Hamilton Heights School Corporation attended the meeting to discuss this proposed bike trail which will run from Noblesville to Atlanta. The County has agreed to partner with Atlanta, Arcadia, Cicero, and Hamilton Heights Schools on this project. In order to apply for construction grants, a master plan would need to be in place. The County has asked that each entity pay for a portion of this study based on length of trail for each community. Atlanta’s portion would be $2100 to $3400. The council had questions regarding costs once constructions were to begin. The matter was tabled until the next regularly scheduled meeting. Mrs. Jackson will contact Tina Henderson and will be able to answer these questions at that time. Mrs. Jackson also reported on project vision and reconfiguration for Hamilton Heights School Corporation. Wastewater Project: In House Construction of Building at the Wastewater Plant. Mr. Emmert reported that contrary to what Mr. Schubert, Triad Associates, told the town, grant administrator Amy Miller believes that the Town will not be able to take this building out of the grant project nor will the Town be able to construct the building in house. She is looking into the matter and more information will be forthcoming. NEW BUSINESS Citizen Concern Regarding Water Leak. Kristina Irion and her father, John Irion, attended the meeting in an effort to resolve an ongoing issue of water leak at their residence. They are of the opinion that they have a water leak in their line, in the yard and that it is the fault of the Town as the meter was moved when the radio read meter was installed. It was explained to them that, after 4 audits of the meter, there is an intermittent leak and that a leak in a water line would be continuous.
