UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE FIELD OPPORTUNITIES COMBINED
2015-16 THE SCHOOL OF SOCIAL WORK – FIELD EDUCATION
the UNIVERSITY OF AKRON
The Polsky Building, 411 Akron, Ohio 44325
Welcome Social Work Students, We hope this document assists you in locating the field placement perfect for your growth and development. You may notice it has a different look. We, the School of Social Work Field Education are constantly working on your behalf to provide you with a user-friendly document which contains accurate and updated information. Timely updating five agency rosters (1-undergraduate; 3 graduate; 1 alphabetical-both undergraduate & graduate) became challenging. The growing importance of the location of field placements was increasingly verbalized as a need for our students. We made a change: one agency roster for both our undergraduate and graduate students comprised of many sections.
