WAITING LIST FOR HIRING OF RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION AT
PARC HEADQUARTERS
The waiting/seniority list on the subject has been prepared according to Clause-6 of Accommodation Allocation Rules-2002 and amendment vide SRO.668 (1)2004.The seniority/waiting lists are available in Estate Office for information /confirmation. In case of any objection he/she may contact Estate Office. PARC
Clause-6: Maintenance of General Waiting Lists
(4) Seniority of FGS in the relevant General Waiting List shall be determined from the date of his entitlement to the class of accommodation.
(5) If the date of entitlement of two or more FGSs is the same, the seniority shall be determined on the basis of length of service in the BPS and if the length of service in BPS is the same then the seniority shall be determined from the date of birth.
(6) If an allottee is transferred or sent on deputation to outstation to an eligible department, he shall carry his seniority with him and shall be allotted accommodation at the new station of his posting on the basis of his date of entitlement to the class of accommodation.
S.R.O 668 (1)/2004
(a) In rule 6, for sub- rule (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“(4) Seniority of a FGS in the relevant GWL shall be determined from the date of his registration within three months of his eligibility for allotment.”
PARC Estate Office sought clarification from M/O, Housing & Works and Clarification vide No. O.M No. 2(18) 2008-Policy (PT), dated 04-04-2011 stats as under:-
“The undersigned is directed to refer to Pakistan Agricultural Research Council’s letter No.08/2011-Estate, dated 17-03-2011 on the subject noted above and to say that the spirit of this clause is that the name of FGS is registered on the GWL from the date he is promoted /appointed in BS of his entitled category. If he does not apply within three months time of the event then his seniority shall be determined from the date of submission of his application”.
