NOTE: ALL VEHICLES FOR EXPORT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 72 HOUR WAIT PERIOD AFTER ALL PROPER PAPERWORK HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO US CUSTOMS. WEEKENDS DO NOT COUNT.
Customs requirements which MUST be met:
A vehicle is identified as:
• All cars, trucks
• Motorcycles
• Heavy equipment (anything self-propelled)
• All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs, Go Carts, and anything with and engine over 50cc)
• All other self-propelled items
Requirements:
1. Original Title or MSO signed by the buyer and seller.
2. Original bill of sale signed by the buyer and seller.
3. Export power of attorney. (If the party is not present in the United States the Export Power of Attorney MUST be notarized at either a U.S. consulate or a local Justice of the Peace.)
4. Picture identification (passport (with entry stamp within last 60 days), or US issued Driver License or ID card only will be acceptable)
5. Company letter notarized in that city country or state. (If vehicle or equipment is in company name, then it will be required).

8. Business license (if in a company name a copy now must be left on file with the letterhead.) Only entitles heavy equipment.
9. All untitled equipment would only require a bill of sale. This MUST be signed by both parties (i.e. the buyer and the seller) and notarized.
U.S. Customs will examine the vehicle and complete your vehicle export paperwork.
