The WBFL is proud to introduce the league’s new Cheerleading Directors. 
My name is Drew Schneider. I was born and raised in Palm Beach County, FL. I am currently the Varsity Cheer Captain at Santaluces High School, go Chiefs! I will be graduating this year and attending FAU in the fall. I have had a passion for cheerleading since I was little girl and it started with WBFL! I have fond memories of cheering for my brother while he tried to make touchdowns for the Ducks! For the past 7 years, I have been an all star competitive cheerleader with the East Coast Flames in Boynton Beach. During this time I have had the experience of winning many regional, national and international titles. I have also had the privilege of coaching the Tiny team with girls ages 3-6 which also have an impressive history of trophies. Last year, I traveled to Atlanta and received my USASF Coaching certification and plan to attend this year as well for new ideas and further training. I have had numerous opportunities over the past few years including:
I have worked with some of the best coaches in the industry and am excited to lead the WBFL cheerleaders to Orange Bowl victory! 
My name is Caroline Schneider, Drew’s Mom, and I was also raised right here in Lantana, FL. I have 3 children, ages 10, 16 & 17. All of whom have gone through the WBFL program. I currently work part time as the office manager of the East Coast Flames in Boynton Beach and full time as a a private estate manager.. I also have had many years experience as an early childhood teacher and preschool director. I consider myself an expert in communicating effectively, handling accounts, organizing, and marketing. I am looking forward to offering great support this season to make sure the WBFL cheerleaders have a memorable experience.
