WCC Highlights

The high tech architectural plan is to blend with its sustainable environment. It will consist of glowing residential high-rises draped in green vegetation that rotates to give every floor the opportunity to be at the top. A sparkling skyline with a media center building covered in 4K panels for advertising that gives you that Manhattan vibe. It will have a robust business district with every technological advanced amenity available, research center, bank, kids theme park, retail boardwalk, entertainment, robotic 6 star hotel, convention center, robotic parking garages for cars and bicycles and green space that gives you clean air to breath in a lush garden setting that grows food.

World City Center has two target locations. It will span over 500 acres of land in the rolling hills of Georgia that has never been developed and only 30 minutes from Atlanta’s International Airport.

Florida’s location borders 200 acres of a downtown waterfront and close to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. It will have some of the same amenities with a more vertical design in order to create a park-like setting next to the river. Each of the locations will rise from a life size hologram so you have visualization of the entire World City Center project as it is completed.

It will serve as the first “Smart Global Business District” in the US as a “World Technology Business Resort Destination”. The World City Center will become a global phenomenon gaining traction with businesses and residents from around the world. It will quickly become a model for other Smart City project hopefuls as well.
