X-Paradigm Call Meeting Notes
02/19/2014
Attending
Alean Kirnak, Stefano Lotti
Notes:
ALF is a new standard with only one known implementation. It’s an imperative language similar to a programming language. Relevance of ALF may be less of a concern – ALF could be used to map the two kinds of services. Can use MDMI for transformation of payload – declarative mapping. Part of a message or document is data that relates to behavior – for example metadata or header information. The metadata can be transformed by the behavioral model.
Now the idea is to use MDMI also for the service part of the payload. This may make sense because why have two tools for two parts of the message?
Referent index in the behavioral dimension? I.e. as FHIR is used in the informational dimension. What work has been done or planned on the behavioral dimension related to FHIR?
Stefano to send follow-up with ideas.
Alean to try to research behavioral aspects of FHIR with Grahame if we’re able to meet in Australia.
