A – General Details

• 
  Activate the nearest (safe) alarm call point.
  
• 
  Inform the Turnaround Manager of the situation who will then:
  
• 
  instruct the Crew to evacuate from the studio floor
  
• 
  The normal evacuation protocols should then be followed
  

• 
  To turn on ALL houselights;
  
• 
  To turn off ALL generic and moving lights and lighting power.
  

Emergency services (or Security, if the Emergency Services are not present – e.g. if there has been a false alarm) give the all clear to re- enter the studio.

Production and Crew re-enter the Studio block using their swipe cards.
