Affiliate property

(after this referred to as ‘Affiliated’)

  Rentalinitaly and the affiliated agree and stipulate the following:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE AFFILIATED

• 
  The Affiliated has to give a name to the house (for example Silvestre) and communicate it in the property form.
  
• 
  The Affiliated will be responsible, at his own expenses, for the check-in and check-out services of the guests and will supply the telephone number and/or mobile phone number of the person in charge of the check-in and check-out services. (please supply reachable numbers).
  
• 
  The Affiliated will have to supply Rentalinitaly with a short description of the apartment (max 250 words) in Italian and English. (If you cannot provide us with an Italian translation, RentalinItaly can translate the description at the cost of €20,00)
  
• 
  The Affiliated will hand over the rented flat clean and tidy at the moment of the check-in and will do the final cleaning, that has to be included in the rental price, using his own linen, towels, duvet covers, blankets, pillows, bedspreads and tablecloths.
  
• 
  The Affiliated will be responsible for any possible urgent interventions, requests from the guests, for technical and plant/installation problems of the property and for the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
  
• 
  The Affiliated will give to the guests, at the moment of the check-in, 2 set of keys. The Affiliated also declares that the building is, for the current year, in accordance with the civil and urban laws and that the heating system and all the other electrical appliances are also pursuant to the law, and that the property is ensured against the risks of civil responsibility. Furthermore the Affiliated declares to be pursuant to all the national and regional rules and regulations regarding rentals for tourist purposes and to be directly liable in case of violation of those rules.

  The Affiliated allows Rentalinitaly to enter into the apartment (periods of not availability excluded) in order to be able to let Third Parties make visits.
  
• 
  The Affiliated has to: refrain from replacing the property with another one without the authorization of Rentalinitaly; take the necessary steps for the security of the property, of the furnishings, of the accessories and the installations; keep the estate and its accessories in perfect state of maintenance.
  
• 
  The Affiliated will be responsible for checking the damages caused to the property by the clients, exempting Rentalinitaly from all responsibility for the damages caused by the guests.
  
• 
  The Affiliated declares to be acquainted with the rental conditions and rules attached to this contract and used by Rentalinitaly towards its clients, and to approve of them in all their specific parts.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RENTALINITALY

• 
  Rentalinitaly will market the property, through its own Internet Site – Tourist Portal, in order to rent out the property.
  
• 
  Rentalinitaly will communicate to the Affiliated , by fax or e-mail, the confirmations of the bookings.
  
• 
  Rentalinitaly will pay the Affiliated for the successful bookings.
  
• 
  If the booking should be cancelled by the client after the confirmation, Rentalinitaly will pay to the Affiliated the same percentage of cancellation fee paid by the Client, as by our Cancellation Fees, exposed on our Internet Site – Tourist Portal.

PRICES REQUIRED FOR OCCUPANCY OF THE PROPERTY

  Methods of rental : Short stays with a minimum of n° 3 nights (if purchased the Daily Package Form)___; minimum n° 7 nights (if purchased the Weekly Package Form__ (mark with a cross the chosen alternative)

  Security deposit requested at the check-in: € _______ and given back at the check-out. The security deposit will be collected in cheque or cash.

  The check-in will be possible from 2.30 p.m. the arrival day.
  

The prices indicated above include up to 7 nights the consumption of water, electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning; after the 7 nights the clients will refund the consumption to the property. In case of Last Minute bookings (made in the last 30 days before the arrival of the client) all the rates above will have a 20% reduction (if purchased the Last Minute Package). Once fixed the economical conditions and the rental prices those cannot be altered during the annual period of the contract.

These rates are net for the Affiliated and will have to be credited with one monthly payment within the day 30 of the month, for all the bookings of the previous month, on the bank account of the Affiliated:

The Affiliated declares to be aware of the fact that the rates indicated above will be increased by Rentalinitaly with an unlimited percentage towards its clients.

This contract will have a duration of __________________ and will commence on ___________ and expire on _________. The contract can be terminated by the Affiliated at any time, but the Affiliated has to guarantee all the reservations confirmed before the given notice to quit.

The Affiliated can make personal bookings at any time (in the periods not occupied by Rentalinitaly) via the block sales; this can be done using a password and login that will be supplied to the Affiliate by Rentalinitaly.

The Affiliated will, from today on, communicate on a daily basis all the options and reservations made on the property here mentioned, highlighting that all option last up to a maximum of 7 days.

The reservations made by Rentalinitaly will be considered concluded in the periods that have not been blocked by the Affiliated. When Rentalinitaly communicates a confirmation, the Affiliated has to send an e-mail of acceptance swiftly.

COSTS OF SERVICES OF AFFILIATION AND RELATIVE PAYMENTS

The costs of the affiliation and the costs of the optional Services :

AGREEMENT ON TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

Rentalinitaly informs the Affiliated that the treatments of personal data or data relative to the credit card are done in respect of the law n. 196 of 30/06/2003 on privacy. The data may by changed or reduced in size from our archives at any time through a simple request from the Affiliated himself.

Both parties declare that from now on every dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of this contract, the competent Court of justice is the “Tribunale di Venezia”.
