If the non-discounted book is over $200 the hold fee is 10%.

RETURN POLICY: State your policy on returning merchandise. In the event of our error or a defective book, customer may return for full credit. Books in resalable condition for any other reason may be returned up to 3 months from date of sale less the return shipping charges.
