C APITAL E XPENDITURE The Ministry of Finance released three hundred and seventy-five million dollars ($375,000,000) and three hundred and thirty-five million, six hundred and ninety-three thousand, two hundred and seventy-three dollars ($335,693,273) was expended. A balance of thirty-nine million, three hundred and six thousand, seven hundred and twenty-seven dollars ($39,306,727) will be refunded to the Accountant General.
