Applicant: Marian E. Reese Owner: Marian E. Reese NPU - S: Council Districts 4 & 12 Committee Chairperson Alexander sounded the above item and on behalf of the Committee, Made a Motion to Adverse, which was properly Seconded. However, Councilmember Boazman Made a Substitute Motion to Table, which was also properly Seconded. Mr. Boazman provided clarification and the Motion to Table CARRIED by a roll call vote of 12 yeas; 0 nays. TABLED BY ROLL CALL VOTE OF 12 YEAS; 0 NAYS Committee Chairperson Alexander announced that items (14) and (15) below were companion pieces of legislation and requested that they be sounded together. Carnes Place), SW from the Industrial Classification to the Medium Density Residential Classification; and for other purposes.
