U-98-26 for a community service facility in the R-4 (Single-Family Residential) District, for property located at 1544 Venetian Drive, S.W. and for other purposes.

However, Councilmember Boazman Made a Substitute Motion to Table, which was also properly Seconded. Mr. Boazman provided clarification and the Motion to Table CARRIED by a roll call vote of 12 yeas; 0 nays.

Carnes Place), SW from the Industrial Classification to the Medium Density Residential Classification; and for other purposes. (Favorable by Community Development/Human Resources Committee)
