1.1.20.2.mselfcare ApplicationITWorx developed a turnkey mobile customer care application enabling Telco operators to manage their accounts through a rich media application on their mobiles. The application manages different services highly visited by mobiles user, for instance, profile management, interactive bill browsing, e-payment, SIM services, and pre-paid and control services. The application allows online synchronization between mobile and Web e-services accessed through the same account. 
Figure 23: mselfcare Application 1.1.20.3.ITWorx TeacherPal™TeacherPal™ is an application for teachers which helps them to record student attendance using seating chart, student grades, and behavior instances. TeacherPal™ is available as an iPad application and also as a web-based application. The iPad version is offered for free as a standalone application downloadable through iTunes and is also offered as an enterprise application integrated with CLG. Boosting communications, from within TeacherPal™ application, teachers can email a student or a parent or email all of them. And, to better manage their data, teachers can import/export files and back up data on DropBox. TeacherPal™ is also available on iPhone and iPod Touch. TeacherPal™ Enterprise is another version that syncs classes, schedules, students, attendance and behavior data with ITWorx CLG (Connected Learning Gateway) e-learning platform. Figure 24: ITWorx TeacherPal™ 1.1.20.4.ITWorx mParent™mParent™ is a mobile application that keeps parents updated with their children academic activities on their different handsets. Parents can view children's academic progress, receive school notifications and contact teachers and school management. Through mParent, parents can browse a multi-child dashboard on their different handsets such as Nokia, Blackberry and iPhone. For each child, parents can view and drill-down comprehensive academic reports of assignments, exams, grades, attendance and behavior in addition to viewing the child's timetable and integrated calendars of child and school activities. Parents receive reminders on child due activities and notifications of school announcements. Parents can also send notes and comments to teachers and school management.
