It is Stable and Dynamic: The stability in culture is derived when people consider an aspect of culture to be valuable and thus decide to transmit it from one generation to another. For example, the cultural practice of eating solid food with bare hand has been an African way of life for a very long time. Even with civilization, many people still eat solid food with their bare hands instead of using cutlery. The dynamic aspect of culture allows for some modification or changes in culture especially when it comes in contact with another culture. For example, the killing of twins in parts of Nigeria was a cultural practice until 1888 when it was abolished by Mary Slessor
