In order to answer research question 4, the scores from the responses of the respondents on skills students acquire after an entrepreneurship education course were correlated with responses on poverty alleviation. The result in Table 4 shows that the correlation coefficient obtained was 0.84. This means that, there is high positive relationship between skills undergraduate students acquire after an entrepreneurship education course and poverty alleviation. Table 4 also shows that, the coefficient of determination (R2) associated with the correlation coefficient of 0.84 was 0.71. This coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that 71% of the skills students acquire after an entrepreneurship education course influence poverty alleviation. This means that other factors that influence poverty alleviation accounted for 29%.
Hypothesis One
There is no significant relationship between skills undergraduate students acquire after an entrepreneurship education course and students entrepreneurial career intention.
