vi Control of designed and the prescribed mixes a quality control system shall be operated to control the strength of design mixes to the required levels. vii In case of R.M.C. work being carried out the contractor/agency will submit the original bill/vouchers of approved plant at the time of each and every loaded truck brought at site. All these bills/vouchers will be kept by the divisional office and entries in the M.B. of the vouchers/bills, address of approved source be made. These will be kept with the work file and the files must be kept in safe custody for all time to come.
