Statement of Faith

1. WE BELIEVE there is only one eternal God represented to us in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. 1 John 5:6-7 Matt. 28:19

2. WE BELIEVE that the Bible is the infallible Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit and written by men for our correction, instruction in righteousness, and as a guide to salvation and living a holy life. 2 Tim. 3:16 2 Pet. 1:20-21

3. WE BELIEVE in Jesus, fully God and fully man, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin, who suffered and died on the cross atoning for our sins and carrying our sicknesses and infirmities, who rose from the dead victorious over Satan, sin, and death, who shed His blood for the remission of our sins and established a New Covenant with us, and who now sits at the right hand of the Father until His triumphant return to the earth. Is. 53:5-4, Luke 1:30-35, Luke 22:20, Col. 2:15, Rev. 1:18

4. WE BELIEVE that all lost and sinful men must be born again through faith in the finished work of Jesus at Calvary and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as their Savior before they leave this earth. At the resurrection, those who are saved will live an eternal life with the Father, but those who have rejected Jesus will live in damnation and judgment separated from Him forever. Luke 16:19-26, Rom. 3:23, Rom. 10:9-10

5. WE BELIEVE that the Holy Spirit lives in the heart of every born again believer and enables every Christian to live a holy life and release the fruits of the Spirit to others. The baptism of the Holy Spirit is a separate faith experience enabling the born again believer to flow in the gifts and manifestations of the Holy Spirit as He wills for the benefit of all. Acts 1:8, Rom. 8:9, 15-16, 1 Cor. 12:7-11, Gal. 5:22-23

6. WE BELIEVE in the unity of believers to become one new man in our Lord Jesus Christ where there is total equality across all boundaries of race, gender, class, and Christian or Jewish differences. We are created to receive His love and love one another as His life flows through us. John 13:34, Gal. 3:26-28, Eph. 2:14-17

7. WE BELIEVE in water baptism as symbolic of our death to the flesh and our cleansing through the power of God, and it testifies of our faith in Jesus Christ. Rom. 6:3-4, Col. 2:12

8. WE BELIEVE that God perfectly loves and accepts us just the way we are because He sees us through the finished work of the cross. Although He is almighty and all powerful, our heavenly Father is personally interested in our life and our every need and concern. He is our Abba (Daddy) and loves us as sons and daughters just as much as He loves Jesus. John 17:23, Eph. 1:4-6, 1 John 3:1

9. We BELIEVE that it is by grace that we are saved through faith. His grace and mercy follow us all the days of our lives and are sufficient to provide for all our needs, sustain health and healing in our bodies, and keep us from our adversaries. Through His grace we can expect His favor in all we do and everything we set our hand to do shall prosper. Deut. 8:18, Ps. 23:6, 2 Cor. 9:8, Eph. 2:8

Why Am I Here?

Have you ever asked yourself this question? Do you wonder what your real purpose in life is? Is it just to survive or make the best of life and then die?

A Beautiful Plan!

Our earthly fathers were meant to help us find our purpose in life and encourage us to identify and pursue the passion that is in our heart. We were created for adventure, to explore our world, to expand our territory, to reclaim what was stolen and lost in the Garden, and to build relationships with each other and our heavenly Father. We all have a longing in our heart to love and be loved. We were meant to receive love from our Father God and give it away to the next person we met. We were meant to live as sons and daughters of our heavenly Father and to exercise our "sonship" to establish the Kingdom of God here on earth.

It Got Messed Up!

Unfortunately, this beautiful plan got all messed up when Adam and Eve sinned against God in the Garden through disobedience. It put in motion a curse on the land and brought only pain and wounding to everyone on the earth. Through wars, famines, pestilence, poverty, natural disasters, and other calamities the pain and wounding has been passed on from generation to generation up to our present time. None of us has been completely immune from the effects of this wounding on our life, some less so than others. The pain and hurt in our lives have quenched the love, hope, and joy and our hearts have died. We have tried to medicate the pain through the false lovers of addictions, being sexual active, power, jobs, status, wealth, position, hyper activity, and religion that only leave us empty with no real purpose to life. We just try to survive to the next day.

But Father's Love Made a Way!

But our heavenly Father knew that we would find ourselves in this difficult state of being and provided a way out, a way back into His love, joy, and peace. He loved us too much to leave us in this despair and depression, uncertain of what our purpose in life is. He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to die in our place, to pay the price and buy us back from the penalty of sin. The work was finished over 2,000 years ago on the cross and all the heavenly Father is asking you to do is believe that Jesus did it for you! Jesus paid the price to set us free from all the bondage and false lovers, to deliver us from our sinful nature, to heal all the wounds, carry all the pains, and give us a hope and a future that is good. Father God has put before us a simple choice, life or death (eternal separation from Him).

Father God is knocking on the door of your life right now. He is inviting you to come into a new relationship with Him and become part of His family. Just say this prayer out loud and believe in your heart that Jesus died and was raised from the dead just for you!

Dear heavenly Father,

I ask you to forgive me of my sins, cleanse me of all unrighteousness, adopt me as your (son/daughter), and be my Father from this day forward. I ask you to bring healing to all the wounded areas of my life, put together all the broken pieces, and restore me to wholeness through the finished work of the cross. As I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord of my life and believe in my heart that Christ was raised from the dead, by faith I am saved now. I make Jesus Savior and Lord of my life right now and I will walk with Him the rest of the days of my life. In Jesus Name, Amen.

How to Begin a Relationship with Jesus Christ

If you just prayed this prayer, then there are some things that you can start doing to help you walk out the reality of your salvation in Christ Jesus.

1. To help solidify your decision in your spirit, you need to tell somebody what you did. You can go to our contact us page and send us an e-mail and we will send you some additional information. Or you can tell a friend or family member.

2. Start to get to know you heavenly Father by making it a daily habit to read the Bible, His Word to you. I would recommend starting with the four books of the New Testament to learn more about this Jesus that you just made Lord of your life. Read is slowly and ask Father to show you what He wants you to see and learn.

3. Spend time each day in prayer, worship, and fellowship with your heavenly Father. Spend part of the time just being quiet and let Him speak to you and fill you with His love. Draw near to Him and He will become more real to you.

4. Get involved in a local body of believers that focus on His Word and His unconditional love for us.

5. Expect and look for opportunities to give His love away to others who you will come in contact with during the day.

6. Be aware of His presence all day long and expect good things to happen to you with the favor of the Lord!!
