The dissemination of the project results were guaranteed through continuous activity during the life of the project; in particular a DENSETRAFFIC web site has been built, containing a description of the project and the results; participation in a User Workshop in order to integrate the perspective of people working on related projects and activities, with those of the project consortium. In addition, videos, brochures and other public technical documentation have been be prepared and distributed during specific related events (meetings, conferences).

| 6.4Standardisation :
The DENSETRAFFIC proposal addresses EU standards as set out in:
-
ETSI draft I-ETS 300 for RADAR equipment operating in the 76.0 to 77,0 GHz band;
-
ISO TC204 WG14 for forward obstacle warning systems, collision avoidance system, and adaptive control system.
6.5Other :
Attention has been given by the press to the Forward Looking Radar at several occasions. Especially at the opening events of the truck exhibitions, in the paper of Senter, the government agency on innovation and in press articles on the use of cruise control.
7Project management and co-ordination aspect
Since the partners had signed bilateral agreements in addition to the agreement with the EC, most of the management was performed through those agreements. Most of the partners had previous experience in dealing with EC projects and had all the management tools to control the project. Regular bilateral meetings between RoadEye (acting as technical coordinator) and the rest of the members of the consortium were conducted. Deliverables were timely completed and delivered. The flow of information and synergism was very high and all consortium members invested all their professional abilities to ensure the success of the project.
The financial coordination was performed by Groeneveld Groep. It was in charge of the cash flow of the project and the financial reporting to the EC.
