Documentation Requirements:
Documentation must include all retrofit, renovation and new construction projects performed within five years of the preliminary review submission that exceeded $100,000 in total cost. If no project that exceeded $100,000 in total cost was performed in the last five years, the most recent retrofit, renovation or new construction project with a total cost exceeding $500,000 may be considered for this measure.
Documentation of total project(s) materials cost.
Table summarizing all materials used, including:
-
Item description
-
Percentage of the material that is reused, recycled, or repurposed (or 0% for virgin material)
-
Weight (or cost, if weight unavailable)
-
Total and percentages of virgin materials versus reused, recycled, repurposed materials
Contractor or manufacturer certifications that demonstrate the materials were reused, recycled, repurposed and the percentage of this content.
MEASURE A14: THIRD PARTY SUSTAINABILITY CERTIFICATION
Revision to Standard:
Options [US Green Building Council (LEED)] (page 63): Parking structure falls within the project boundary of, and was included in, a LEED for BD+C: New Construction; LEED O+M: Existing Buildings; or LEED B+C: Core and Shell certification:
Options [Other Programs] (page 63): Other programs that offer quality sustainability certification or rating systems may be recognized, including the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Greenprint Performance score and the ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager for Parking. For a program to qualify, it must demonstrate quantitative measurements or ratings pertaining to energy conservation or environmental sustainability.
Documentation Requirements:
Documentation demonstrating current LEED, Green Globes, or other qualifying program certification. Include relevant documents pertaining to certification level and project boundaries, active registration, and program application submission package. Documentation and certification must be completed at the time of the Parksmart submission.
MEASURE A15: CREDENTIALED MANAGEMENT

product manufacturing
-
on-site construction of assemblies
-
related transportation
-
maintenance and replacement cycles over an assumed building service life
-
