Vertie Wilkerson who was born January 21, 1894 in Mohawk, Tennessee, was raised by her Wilterson paternal grandparents in Mohawk, Tennessee, later lived with her father, first married Dan Carr ("Daniel Carr") on April 27, 1913, later married Alex McAmis in Texas on October 17, 1915 who was killed when he fell from a horse that had slipped on some ice and broke his neck, and she still later married Rodney Hussing ("Bob Hussing) on August 4, 1925 in Ohio, and lived the last 20-25 years of her life in Cincinnati, Ohio where she died in 1979. Jones Cavener died June 14, 1943 at the age of 61 in Yukon, Oklahoma and is buried in the Yukon Cemetery in Yukon, Oklahoma. Jones Cavener and Daisy Cavener had 7 children:
