where they join awaiting line (Clinic Reception Queue. They are then checked in and routed by the Receptionist to either Doctor A or Doctor
B or Doctor C. Some patients seen by Doctor B or Doctor Care then seen by Doctor A (the senior doctor. Those patients are accompanied to
Doctor A by Doctor B or Doctor C. When their clinical consultation is over,
patients must checkout at reception, something that affects the waiting line at reception for patients checking in.
Question: What are the activities that take place at the outpatients department of the Luton & Dunstable Hospital Who are the people who carryout these activities How would good modeling of the operations that take place at the outpatients department help management allocate the right number of resources to this department?
