This certificate program offered by the University of Northern Iowa's Executive Development Center is a comprehensive, management training program intended for team leaders and manager who have a couple years of work experience and want to further develop their management ability and boost their confidence in handling the more difficult and uncomfortable situations managers face. This includes the tasks that managers dread and never feel prepared for, like addressing performance issues, negotiating better deals, and making difficult and unpopular decisions.
