5.1.2 Guideline Public Company Method
This method is based on the ability of the valuator to identify comparable publicly traded companies for which transaction data is available. A search was conducted on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s website www.sec.gov searching under the SIC Code 1711 – Plumbing, Heating, Air‐Conditioning Contractors and SIC Code 171102 – Plumbing Contractors. Based on this search, there are no publicly traded companies in this SIC code which eliminates this method for this valuation.
