[iOS users]

Step 1 /Disconnection

- In the Bluetooth settings of your iOS device, press ZeBracelet2 then "Forget this Device"

- Reset your ZeBracelet2 by pressing the RED and GREEN button simultaneously

- Open the App, click on Settings > Set up ZeBracelet2> Unpair ZeBracelet2



Step 2 / Reconnection

- Turn on the screen of your ZeBracelet2 by pressing the RED button

- Hold the upper left button to trigger the Bluetooth connection

- In the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone, select ZeBracelet2 (a phone icon followed by a beep will confirm the successful pairing)

- Open the App, click on Settings > Set up ZeBracelet2> and follow the on-screen instructions making sure to keep the screen on your ZeBracelet2 lighted up

49I noticed some data discrepancy between my App and my ZeBracelet2, what can I do?-Make sure you have Wifi / 3g network

-reset your mobile device

-if you are using an iPhone, double press the Home Button and remove the window corresponding to ZeBracelet2App

It is a grade out of 10, based on your sleep goal. The second line indicates your total sleep time65It seems that my ZeBracelet2 exits sleep mode automatically around 6 – 6:30 am – why?Our sensor detects your movement status after 6/6:30. If ZeBracelet2 detects movement before 6/6:30, it will count the time into light sleep (less movement) or wake up (more movement), however the device will still remain in sleep mode.
