Liaise with Police and Airport regarding media statements
Prepare to travel to scene of accident (if appropriate)
Notify all Crew Members’ families.
Notify Insurance Company
Secure all training records
Communicate with Company staff, keeping them advised
Get details of where victims have been taken (hospital, morgue, etc)
Arrange for company representative to visit hospitalized Passengers.
Contact the Technical Coordinator, who must notify the Engineering contractor to gather all aircraft documentation and have them delivered to (your company). Secure these on receipt.
