Equipment charges on a My Wireless Netbook 2GB or My Wireless Netbook 5GB pricing plan The terms set out below apply if you connect to the service between 10 August 2009 and 11 April 2010 on a My Wireless Netbook 2GB or My Wireless Netbook 5GB pricing plan; and you purchase an approved computer with an dual band (2100/900MH) embedded modem or a Roamer modem from us for use with the service.
When you purchase the computer with dual band embedded modem or Roamer modem from us the terms of the mobile equipment payment plan (see Appendix D) apply. You may choose to:
pay the entire amount upfront, in which case we will bill you for the purchase price in yourfirst bill, or
pay for the cost of the modem or computer by paying a fixed amount each month over the equipment term (see Appendix D for more details) in accordance with clause 5.3(d) of the service description, in which case we will bill you the monthly equipment charge each month for the length of the equipment term..
Details of and the purchase prices for the computer with dual band embedded modem or Roamer modem vary from time to time and are available from us and our participating agents.
The length of the equipment term we will agree to depends upon the length of the minimum term of the pricing plan you select.
The equipment term we will agree to is:
24 months if the agreement is a non-fixed length agreement;
24 months if the agreement is a fixed length agreement with a 24 month minimum term.

The terms set out below apply if you connect to the service either between 19 October 2009 and 6 April 2012 on a My Wireless pricing plan and you purchase an approved Roamer modem or InZone modem from us for use with the service.
When you purchase the Roamer modem or InZone modem from us the terms of the mobile equipment payment plan (see Appendix D) apply. You may choose to:
pay the entire amount upfront, in which case we will bill you for the purchase price in your first bill, or
if applicable to the modem, pay for the cost of the modem by paying a fixed amount each month over the equipment term (see Appendix D for more details) in accordance with clause 5.3(d) of the service description, in which case we will bill you the monthly equipment charge each month for the length of the equipment term.
Details of and the purchase prices for the Roamer modem or InZone modem vary from time to time and are available from us and our participating agents.
