If you have a subset of the customer team present at the Pre-engagement Call, we highly recommend that you start the onsite workshop with a Kick-off Meeting where you go through the overview of the engagement with the entire team using the pre-engagement call presentation. This will ensure that all project team members understand the objectives and content of the engagement. During this meeting, the delivery resource will introduce the customer to the Secure Identities and Access Workshop engagement, discuss the upcoming activities, align expectations, and establish timelines.
