Drug–Free Federal Workplace Program followup testing Unannounced testing that each employee who has been referred to the EAP through the administrative channels to undergo counseling or rehabilitation/treatment for illegal drug use will be subject such testing for period of 1 year upon the completion of the counseling or rehabilitation programs. Frequency of such testing maybe stipulated in the abeyance contractor at a frequency determined by the supervisor. Such testing is distinct from testing which maybe imposed as part of the counseling or rehabilitation/treatment programs.
