The luncheon will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and will feature Lucinda Nord, Vice President of Public Policy for the Indiana Association of United Ways. She will be talking about early education at the state and local levels, and how each of us can help spread the message about the importance of early learning in our community!
The evening event will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will feature dinner, light entertainment, and another opportunity to hear from Lucinda. The dinner event is a great opportunity to relax enjoy time with friends!
Both events will include our popular purse activities! With your help, there will be many purses to entice and delight the attendees!
One purse from each event will also have a “golden ticket” in it, as we have done in the past. The lucky winners will receive another wonderful prize!
TI Automotive Group is once again sponsoring two POWER PURSES! The two winners will be announced at the evening event.

Pack a Purse Donor – This is the most popular part of the entire day! We are looking for 80+ purses for the two events. You, your business, or a group of friends can get creative and put a fabulous purse together!
Please note that the purses cannot contain any alcoholic products to comply with charity gaming laws.
Gift cards are acceptable.
Each purse should be packed with goodies, and the value of the purse and content should be a minimum of $150.00.
The purses are displayed during the luncheon, and we will be awarding a “People’s Choice Award” to one purse sponsor at both events, so you might be a winner, as well!
We encourage you to shop locally and support our DeKalb County businesses!
Donate an Item – We are looking for door prizes so that everyone has a chance to take home a fantastic gift, and you can give your business a great “plug” in front of a room full of female shoppers! No alcoholic beverages, please.
Purchase Tickets – Tickets for the event will be $35.00 each for the luncheon and $50.00 each for the dinner. If you would like to purchase one of each you may do so for a discounted price of $80.00. Tickets to both events will be available for purchase on a first come first serve basis to the general public beginning March 16th at the United Way office, 208 South Jackson in Auburn. Cash or check only. No advance ticket sales, except for Corporate Level Sponsors.
