ABSTRACT:

The use robotics is increasing day by day to replace the manpower for many reasons and uses with high navigational intelligence is one of the great steps towards the integration of severely physically disabled and mentally handicapped people. The Robot is being developed to overcome the problems, allowing the end-user to just perform safe movements and accomplish some daily life important tasks.

In existing system, the robot is operated using android application through Bluetooth technology, the man power elimination can be enhanced using a wireless technology called MEMS. Depending on the movement of our android phone the robot also moves accordingly.

The MEMS sensor is used wirelessly to operate the Robot which is in-built the android mobile phone. Remote operation is achieved by any smart-phone/Tablet etc., with Android OS, upon a GUI (Graphical User Interface) based touch screen operation. This project is based on the android application, android application send data through Bluetooth. Another Bluetooth device connected at the receiving end which is fed to the controller.

The Bluetooth module is used here. Bluetooth is wireless technology standard for exchanging data over short distances (using short-wavelength radiowaves in the ISM band from 2.4 to 2.485 GHz) from fixed and mobile devices, building personal area networks (PANs)

This project uses regulated 5V, 750mA power supply. 7805 three terminal voltage regulator is used for voltage regulation. Bridge type full wave rectifier is used to rectify the ac out put of secondary of 230/12V step down transformer.
