4.2.1 GenderThere were 62 respondents involved in the study. Out of the 62
respondents, 38 representing,
were males, while 24 were females representing 38.7%. Below is figure 4.1, which means the visual impression of male and female respondents.
4.2.2 Professional BackgroundQuestionnaires were sent to healthcare practitioners in the Ashanti of Ghana for this research.
The responders are
healthcare professionals who, in one way or another, have a say in how cold chain practices are managed. Consequently, incorporating them improves the credibility and trustworthiness of the data and findings of this research. Figure 4.2 shows the number of professionals who answered the survey in each category. There were 9 (14.5 per cent)
pharmacists, 11 (17.7%)
pharmacy technicians, 21 (33.9 percent) medical doctors, 13 (percent) nurses, and eight (8) midwives who replied.
According to the table, Medical
Doctors were the most common respondents to the surveys,
followed by Nurses andPharmacy Technicians. This research includes a wide range of healthcare experts, which boosts the study's generalizability and trustworthiness.
