Continuing Protection Service

Automatic Renewal and Electronic Fund Transfer Authorization

By enabling the Continuing Protection Service (hereafter the "Service"), you (A) request that your AVG product subscription, rather than expiring at the end of the initial term, automatically renew for successive one-year renewal terms (or two-year renewal terms, where applicable as contracted) until the Service is terminated by you or AVG, (B) authorize AVG Technologies at the beginning of each renewal term to charge the credit card or debit card account identified above for our then-current subscription renewal price (plus any applicable taxes), and (C) agree with these Continuing Protection Service terms and conditions. You also authorize Digital River GmbH, Bibit B.V. or other reseller authorized by AVG Technologies to handle billing information related to your account to transfer the billing information you provided for your purchase today to AVG Technologies for this purpose. This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel your enrollment by notifying us as described below.

About 45 days prior to your subscription expiration date, we will send an e-mail to the address you have provided, alerting you that your account is about to renew and that we will bill your credit card or debit card for the renewal fee 15 days prior the renewal date.

You may cancel the Continuing Protection Service at any time eighteen (18) or more days prior to your next subscription renewal date, by contacting our Customer Service at www.avg.com/support-existing. If you tell us that you want to cancel your enrollment in the Continuing protection service eighteen or more days before a renewal date, and we fail to do so, we will refund the amount billed by applying a credit to your credit card or debit card account.

Your subscription may be cancelled by AVG in accordance with the terms of the End User License Agreement accompanying the AVG product. Your subscription may also be declined to renew if the charge to your credit card or debit card is rejected, whether because the card has expired, you did not notify us that your billing address has changed, or for any other reason. By clicking the "Submit Your Secure Order" button below, you agree to the foregoing terms. We will e-mail you a copy of this authorization with your order confirmation

I renewed my AVG internet Security today for 1 year. Next year they will send me a notice that they will charge my credit card automatically 45 days before its due, and will charge it 15 days before it’s due.
