3. The method for sending reports:
Statistical reports is carried out under two forms: document and electronically. Document reports should be signed and sealed by the head of unit, include fixed telephone, mobile, e-mail of the person in charge, to be convenient for examination, comparison and data processing. Electronic reports could be done by sending an email with the report files or perform directly on the web.
Where an enterprise has many branches in a province/city, they must designate a focal units report to the Department of Information and Communications in that province/city.
In a city/province that does not have a branch or business organizations under the regional level (multiple province/city), the chief of the branch in charge of respective areas (or business leaders) should sign the report and submits to Department of Information and Communications in that province/city.
4. Frequency of the report:
Enterprise submits report monthly, quarterly, annually depend on the type of data.
5. Deadline of the report:
Deadline of the report shall be specified in each reporting form.
To serve the the first 6 months report and the annual report of the Department of Information and Communications and Ministry of Information and Communications, only for the second quarter and annual reports – the enterprise submits the second quarter before May 15th, submits annual reports before 15 November (preliminary data or estimated data). Then the enterprise submits an official report within the time limit prescribed in the report form.
When the Ministry, Department, Bureau require an extraordinary report (at undue report or no official data), the enterprise submits the estimated data. The estimated data should be updated upon the deadline of the official report.
