Although there was an actual band known firstly as Warner's Seven Aces, then as The Seven Aces, in Atlanta in the 1920s, the above name is no more than a pseudonym on ARC labels for the house band, and details of its recordings that are known to be of interest as jazz are listed here under ARC-BRUNSWICK STUDIO BANDS. Sides with matrices 12225 and 12269-12272 inclusive are by Gene Kardos and his Orchestra, q.v., however.

This orchestra made a number of non-jazz sides for ARC-Bruns­wick, Crown, and Bluebird (1931-1933). Inexplicably, its name was used as a pseudonym on Canadian Ace 351002 for Chick Bullock's Levee Loungers, q.v.

The earliest records issued under Bunny Berigan's name are by Gene Kardos and his Orchestra, q.v., or are by the ARC-Brunswick studio band or Freddie Martin and his Orchestra, and are of minimal or no jazz interest.
