R2 = coefficient of determination
To answer this research question, the scores from the responses of the respondents on skills undergraduate students acquire after an entrepreneurship education course were correlated with responses on their entrepreneurial career intention. The result in Table 2 shows that the correlation coefficient obtained was 0.80. This means that, there is high positive relationship between skills students acquire after an entrepreneurship education course and students career intention. Table 2 also shows that, the coefficient of determination (R2) associated with the correlation coefficient of 0.80 was 0.64. This coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that, 64% of the skills undergraduate students acquire after an entrepreneurship education course influence students entrepreneurial career intention. This is an indication that other factors that influence career intention not studied accounted for 36%.
