Part 1) an amount equal to the cost of the Required Work, plus a reasonable MBTA administration fee (the "Repair Option Cost") by either (i) estimating the Repair Option Cost and offsetting the same from the Fixed Fee for the applicable Reporting Period in which the estimate is prepared, or (ii) offsetting the Repair Option Cost against the Fixed Fee for those Reporting Periods in which the MBTA incurs Repair Option Costs.  Should the MBTA elect to estimate the Repair Option Cost, then it shall either reimburse the Operator (in the case of an overestimate) or set off (in the case of an underestimate) from the Fixed Fee for the Reporting Period any amount due, promptly following the conclusion of the Required Work.
