CYTTA CORP. ENTERS WORKING AGREEMENT WITH VITEL NET

Las Vegas, NV February 14th, 2014 -- Cytta Corp. (OTCQB:CYCA) is pleased to announce a working agreement has now been signed with ViTel Net (www.vitelnet.com). ViTel Net and its founder Allen Izadpanah have occupied a significant position in the telemedicine/telehealth space for the past two decades. ViTel Net has been responsible for introducing and marketing numerous telehealth technologies that we take for granted today.


ViTel Net’s current focus on commercial and government clients utilizing leading edge mobile imaging and health data technologies provides a significant opportunity for Cytta and ViTel Net to integrate our capabilities and offer unique world class solutions to an already developed client base. Utilizing Cytta’s open source cellular and satellite networks to provide connectivity solutions for world class remote monitoring technologies is a crucial tenant of Cytta’s go forward strategy.
ViTel Net has a long and successful track record and has built a distinguished reputation in the telehealth field.
Its MedVizerTM Informatics Integration Platform (MIIP) makes ViTel Net’s solutions the most adaptable in the telehealth industry by providing solutions that are configured to each client’s workflow and that seamlessly integrate data from multiple sources. Adding Cytta’s connectivity will expand the reach and capability of ViTel Net’s products.

Working with Allen Izadpanah at ViTel Net is Vice President and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Robert M. Kolodner. As the former National Coordinator for Health IT in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), he promoted the adoption and use of electronic health records, and advanced the policies and collaborative efforts between the public and private sectors to develop a nationwide, interoperable health IT infrastructure. His work laid the foundation for the acceleration of national health IT initiatives.
Before his work at HHS, Dr. Kolodner was the national informatics leader for the broad range of health IT activities in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). He was the clinical champion for VistA, VA’s award winning electronic health record system, and oversaw the launch of My HealtheVet, VA’s personal health record for veterans. Dr. Kolodner received his A.B. from Harvard, his M.D. from Yale, and completed his psychiatric residency at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Kolodner is board certified in psychiatry, a Fellow in the American College of Medical Informatics, and a Lifetime Fellow in the American Psychiatric Association.
