Our Beliefs
Abba Rain Ministries
We believe in one God, Jesus Christ the son of God. The Holy Spirit, God’s teacher. We believe that these three are one. The one manifests itself in and through all creation. The manifest universe is the body of Christ; we believe the one spirit resides in man. We believe the soul of man is eternal and continuously evolving. We believe that the Kingdom of Heaven is within man and that we experience this Kingdom to the degree that we become conscious of its existence in us. We believe in the unity of all life, which flows through the Christ Spirit. We believe that God is personal to all who feel his indwelling presence. We believe in the direct revelation of truth through the awakening and spiritual maturity of man. We believe that any man may become a revealer of truth who lives in close contact and harmony with the indwelling God.
We believe in salvation, that the blood of Jesus Christ was shed for our sins. And that his resurrection has given us access to our creator in a more personal way. We believe in water baptism as the burial of our past nature. We believe in communion the Lords supper as a symbol the partaking of his death. We believe in the filling of the Holy Spirit which is manifested through speaking in tongues. We believe in the fivefold ministry and that all scripture was given by inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
My husband and I have both been ordained on more than one occasion. We believe that every church must have a covering, or someone in which they give an account to. This church is under Abundant Life Center Church for Prosperous Living located in Akron, Oh. Dr. Ronnie Stephens is our Presiding Bishop as well as our spiritual father and mentor; he has his doctrine of divinity and walks in the office of a prophet. He presides over churches all around the United States.
We believe in tithing. A lot of believers today have tried to silence their responsibility to God’s word by arguing that the tithe was abolished with the law. Tithing began with Abraham four hundred years before the law; he tithed to Melchizedek who was a priest. The scripture teaches us in the New Testament, Romans 4 vs. 12 that we are to walk in the footsteps of the faith of Abraham. Jesus taught in Matthew 23 vs. 23 that we are to practice the latter without neglecting the former things. The Apostle Paul also teaches the same principle of tithing in 1 Corinthians 9 vs. 13 – 14 = Don’t you know that those who work in the temple get their food from the temple, and those who serve at the alter share in what is offered on the alter? In the same way, the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should receive their living from the gospel. And Galatians 6 vs. 6 = Anyone who receives instruction in the word must share all good things with his instructor. We believe that as Malachi 3 vs. 7 – 12, anyone who does not tithe brings a curse upon themselves and their families and stunts the growth of any ministry that they are affiliated with.
We believe in truth, walking in truth and living in truth. We believe that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. But we believe that all that are exposed to the truth are responsible for the truth that God reveals to them. We believe that everyone is being called to live in truth.

What do we believe?19
-
We believe that the bible; made up of the Jewish Scriptures (Old Testament) and the Apostolic Scriptures of the New Testament, is the infallible, immutable and inspired Word of God. 2 Peter 1:19-21
-
We believe that God is one self being (Echad) that exists forever and is composed of three different and distinct forms. 1 John 5:7
-
We believe that Yeshua/Jesus is the promised Messiah for Israel and the Redeemer of Humanity. Because of his life, death and resurrection, he fulfilled the Messianic Prophecies of the Old Testament in regards to the first coming of the Messiah. The divine Messiah/Jesus; is the maximum revelation of God for men. Isaiah 53:1-12
-
We believe that the second coming of Yeshua (Jesus Christ) is eminent. Acts 1:11
-
We believe in the resurrection of the righteous. 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17
-
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh) in which the believer can be equipped to live a life of holiness. John 14:15-17
-
We believe that whoever dies physically without having accepted Jesus/Yeshua and does not have Him living inside of them is eternally condemned and lost to the lake of fire, without another opportunity to listen to the gospel in order to repent. Hebrews 9:27
-
We believe that the Nation of Israel is chosen by God to be a channel of blessings to all the other nations of the earth. Romans 11:11-26
